Classroom Showcase

Here at The Academy of Gateway we have been learning about Farm Animals for the month of April! This week we are focusing on ducks and chickens. :) Preschool Four has been doing so many fun activities related to this week's theme; today we went around and took pictures of all of Ms. Jo and Ms. Heather's classroom artwork and decorations! Egg Hunts!

On April 1st, The Academy of Gateway hosted Egg Hunts! We went around the playgrounds for all ages and hid the eggs for our Academy children to find and place in their baskets! They had a blast and their families had a great time helping them! We love planning family events at all Academy schools; let's take a look and see how it went:

Buggy About AoG!

This month at The Academy of Gateway, we are learning about BUGS!

 Each week we will be discussing different bugs like mosquitoes, flies, ants, bees, caterpillars, butterflies, ladybugs and dragonflies! This week we are focusing on mosquitoes and flies; and for art yesterday, we did a fun fly swatter art project with our children.

Let's take a look and see how creative they were and all our bug art made so far! :)

Classroom Showcase

Hello everybody! Here at The Academy of Gateway we have been celebrating Dr. Seuss! Our Pre-K Two classroom is all decorated and we cannot wait to show you all! Mrs. Carol and Ms. Rachel are the two teachers in Pre-K Two and they are having a blast helping the children learn. Today, I got to watch the children share their items that they brought in from home; they loved being able to share! :)
