Spring Has Sprung at AOG🌸☀️

 

We welcomed the first day of spring with excitement, fresh energy, and plenty of hands-on learning. Our friends kicked things off by decorating their very own flowerpots, getting creative with colors, designs, and lots of personality. This activity was the perfect way to introduce our upcoming while allowing each child to take pride in something they created themselves.

In celebration of National Waffle Day, we hosted a special Parent Breakfast Bar, and it was a hit. Families were greeted with a delicious waffle spread topped with all kinds of goodies. It was such a sweet way to bring our school community together and start the day with full hearts and full bellies.

With warmer weather rolling in, our little explorers headed outside for bug hunts. As the world around us comes back to life, we’ve been observing insects crawling and flying all around. This sparked so much curiosity as the children asked questions, made discoveries, and learned more about the tiny creatures we share our environment with.

We also got a little creative (and a little magical) by growing our very own rainbows. Through fun, hands-on activities, our Preschoolers explored colors, mixing, and simple science concepts in a way that felt like pure magic. Moments like these make learning stick in the most joyful way.

To keep the excitement going, we added a fun twist with our March Madness grab-and-go treats, giving our families something festive and convenient to enjoy while staying connected to all the fun happening in our classrooms.

Of course, spring isn’t just about the children, it’s also a time for fresh starts and new beginnings for our teachers. Behind the scenes, classrooms have been buzzing with spring cleaning, organizing, and refreshing learning spaces to keep our environment inviting, safe, and ready for continued growth.

 

From decorating flowerpots to chasing bugs, sharing meals with families, and refreshing our spaces, this season is already bringing so much spring joy. We’re excited to watch everything, and everyone continue to bloom. 🌷✨
